Henry

 HENRY: late 20’s Manager of the phone room is an ex-Jamaican National, who sounds like the 7up guy on the 80's ommercials. He wears Dreadlocks & is very laid back & can appear mysterious to the callers in the office. He is working in the phone room in order to save up for medical school.
