HENRY: late 20’s Manager of the phone room is an ex-Jamaican National, who sounds like the 7up guy on the 80's commercials. He wears Dreadlocks & is very laid back & can appear mysterious to the callers in the office. He is working in the phone room in order to save up for medical school Henry grew up in a comfortable Jamaican home with five brothers & four sisters. They financially struggled, but their home was warm & they had plenty of love & fresh vegetables from their field. His mother baked bread & sold it at a local mart & his father worked on their small farm selling vegetables, fruit, milk & eggs. This was a family that loved art & music, & spent every Friday night with their relatives at their farm singing , playing musical instruments by a crackling bonfire, toasting marshmallows and drinking coconut milk. Even though he loved his family, Henry had high ambitions. His goal was to become a medical doctor, and he wanted to go to the states to get his education. With luck, his uncle who was pretty well off financially, living in Los Angeles, California would assist him to start his medical education & even let Henry live with him providing that Henry would find a job to support his education as well. His girlfriend Tia, alerted him that she had seen an ad in the paper that a company was looking for a well organized person to be the supervisor for a phone room. Henry had previous experience working as a supervisor in an office back at home, so he decided to call for an interview. Henry got the job, & started working that following Monday.
