RAINBOW: 40’s. Eccentric ex- rocker from the 70’s, who jokes around with other callers; plays the air guitar to remind himself and others in the phone room of days gone by… He is very intelligent; despite the fact he did all those drugs in his rock’n’roll days. He also likes sports football, basketball, Arm Wrestling and is always trying to lure other callers; particularly Alan into a bet on one of his favorite sports teams, the Laker’s and the Oakland raiders. also has flash backs from his drug days; which causes him to sometimes walk out of the phone room in the middle of the shift.
