Rossi
Late 30's. African American
snappy sharp attitude with a hidden desire to help people, even if it hurts
them or even herself.
Rossi grew up with religious Baptist parents in South Carolina. Rossi started singing in the children's church choir at the age of 5, really impressing the congregation.
She was asked to perform many solos in the church because of her distinctly beautiful voice, strong with a husky, yet angelic quality. At the age of 18, Rossi had won a scholarship to a prestigious Performing Arts School In New York City & moved there to pursue her dream.
During the course of studying at the school, another direction started to emerge, her interest in human behavior & the desire to understand more about what made people tick.
She enrolled in psychology classes at a local college & found that her desire to help people help themselves, grew. She briefly discontinued her studying in order to get married & have two children.
The family decided to move to LA so her husband could pursue his film-acting career. When she picked up where she left off, she decided that she needed to get a job, her husband's job as a messenger just wasn't cutting it completely.
She went to the Phone Room because she figured that the hours there would be flexible & she could continue studying. Her new job gave her a chance to get her feet wet in helping people with all the problematic characters in the room.
Even though Rossi is a pretty together person, she does have an edge & can really put people back in their place if they become too much to handle.
